Two very different rumors about Dale Moss and Clare Crawley are floating around the Internet right now.
The first would give Crawley a reason to celebrate.
The second would give her a reason to simply fall apart.
According to some astute observers on Reddit, Crawley and Moss didn’t just meet on The Bachelorette… fall in love within days… and then leave the show together this season after getting engaged.
According to these astute observers, they are already married!
Such speculation doesn’t come from anything either of the reality stars have said.
But rather from the following photograph, which is making the rounds on social media and which does seem to depict Moss with a wedding ring on his finger, doesn’t it?
While this marital news would be exciting to Clare and Dale supporters, we caution them not to get overly excited.
Why?
Because there’s now also some chatter that Moss is cheating on Crawley.
It pains us to even write those words.
Just weeks after his engagement on The Bachelorette, though, the 32-year old was seen in the SoHo district of New York City with “three woman,” OK! Weekly reports.
The alleged sighting took place on Saturday, November 14.
“He went to an event at Hugo Boss and was seen leaving with three model types,” an insider tells this tabloid, adding that Moss appeared to have had been inebriated.
“He was later joined by a fourth who seemed to be his friend.
“Then, he was spotted drinking outside in SoHo, where he was kissing one woman, but like pecks.”
Wow, huh?
Mere pecks on the cheek and a simple night out with a few members of the opposite sex does not mean Dale was being unfaithful, of course.
The troubling thing is, some critics out there believe Moss went on The Bachelorette for all the wrong reasons and is simply using Crawley to enhance his business profile.
The hunk is on record as saying he wants to build a brand.
“Currently, I am a model with Wilhelmina International and a sports and entertainment host,” the former professional football player told Midco Sports Network, adding in June;
“That’s always been one of my focuses.
“I think how Ryan Seacrest has built a brand and really an empire is amazing, and I would love to model my career after him.”
Could Dale want to be the next Ryan Seacrest AND have hung out with some female friends AND still be in love and loyal to Crawley?
Absolutely.
On last Tuesday’s episode of The Bachelorette, Clare and Dale made an appearance in order to gush over each other and in order to emphasize their true feelings for each other.
“Everything he was looking for was everything I was looking for,” the 39-year old explained on air.
“He doesn’t even realize he does this for me, but last night, I was having the worst anxiety ever, and you showed up when I was pacing around the pool with anxiety.
“He just grabbed my hand and paced with me around the pool.”
“That’s all I’ve ever wanted is a man to show up for me — not only when it’s easy, not only when it’s good and fun and pretty in ball gowns and all that,” continued Crawley.
“But, like, show up when I’m in my yoga pants and no makeup, and my hair’s in a greasy knot. Like, show up for me.
“He’s done that every single time.”
Clare also told People Magazine that babies are “on the agenda.”
For her sake, we really hope this cheating rumor is false.
She’s already aware of all the haters out there who question her relationship.
“I think I’d be lying if I said it didn’t hurt me because here is something that I finally found that makes me so incredibly happy, like, to my core,” she told Chris Harrison of these nay-sayers.
“To finally feel this type of love that I have been craving and wanting, I just wish people could be happy for us.”
